1. “How fast is shipping?”
Please allow up to 4-7 days to process the order, you’ll receive the tracking number within the days. You should receive your package within 14 days. (Delays will occur due to weather reports)
Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number.
2.“Why was my order canceled?”
If your order shows high risk of fraud payment it will be refunded, refunds take 24-72 hours to process, please try to use cards with the same billing address as the shipping address to prevent your order from being canceled. If your order is canceled you are free to re-order the product with a different payment method.
3."I received a different item than the item I ordered. How can this be corrected?"
If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned to us, and we will send the correct item. Please be prepared to send a picture of the items you received for our records.
4."My order says delivered, but I haven't received anything.”
Once packages have left our possession and in the hands of USPS we have no control of the package. In most cases, USPS has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers receive their package later in the day or the next day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by USPS. WWIWW is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.

Returns | Exchanges | Refunds
Refunds , returns retractions are not allowed. EXCHANGES Are! The product should not be worn, changed or washed. The item should be returned in its unique condition. Verification of procurement is expected for all exchanges ; no exemptions.
